filing a Damage claim

 

Please follow the steps below to assist us in:

  1. Take photos of damaged box.

  2. Open box to examine contents, taking pertinent photos along the way.

  3. Retain all packaging, boxes and damaged goods until given further instruction.

  4. Email us at orders@casa-veronica.com with photos and short summation of the damage.

  5. Please decide how to proceed and your preference:

    • Replacement item (subject to availability)

    • Store credit/exchange

    • Refund to your original method of payment.

  6. We may follow up to request more details while we file a claim with our insurer, so please hold on to all goods until we can confirm the claim has been resolved.
